New Regulations for all new Applications for Rent To Own products

We are advising you of the new regulations regarding all rental companies.

On all applications now we have to fill in a full application form and confirm your income to prevent over committing you as per regulation. We are required to get either 3 current  printed payslips, and /or a current Centrelink statement.

We also have to sight your bank statements for the previous 3 months, this is to verify your income.

We understand that this is a great inconvenience to yourself but due to the regulations we have to comply to,  we have little choice.

We do not want to lose our credit licence. These legislations are for your benefit to keep all financial companies accountable.
